At North Royalton Power Equipment, we only service the equipment we sell. This means that when you buy equipment from us, you get exclusive access to our service department whenever you need it. Our service technicians are highly trained and prepared to handle tune-ups, maintenance, and any issues with your equipment throughout its lifespan. We also maintain a large inventory of OEM parts and can quickly access your service history and status, ensuring a faster turnaround. You can trust that you have a team that has your back for life.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Our Service department has the expertise to perform a wide range of services on lawnmowers, handheld equipment, snow equipment, engines, and everything in between. Our skilled technicians renew their certifications annually to ensure they continue to lead and stay up to date on the latest equipment and technology for all of the brands we carry. From routine scheduled maintenance to critical repairs, we're here to help take the stress out of all your service needs.

HOW WE DO THINGS

Our service department is open year-round. It's common to bring equipment in for maintenance during the off-season, so you'll be ready to go once the weather breaks. Give us a call to see how the service department is looking and to find out when would be a good time to bring in your equipment.

QUICK TURNAROUND

Reducing your downtime is our number one goal. We understand how important it is to have your equipment ready to get the job done.

For in-season equipment (during the Summer months), equipment service turnaround for equipment purchased at NRPE is typically 1 to 2 workdays, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

We do our best to complete smaller repairs on the same day. Snow Equipment is usually the same day, or while you wait during storms. These times depend on several factors and may vary.

We also offer pickup and delivery if you need help getting your equipment to us. Please call for details.

SERVICE WHEN IT MATTERS

March and April are usually the busiest months for our service department because of seasonal lawn equipment maintenance as we head into Spring. To avoid the March rush, we recommend bringing your equipment in for annual maintenance and repairs any time from January through mid-March.

You might be wondering, what about plow service during the winter? We understand most storms don’t happen during regular business hours. Our Service and Parts Departments are open during major snowstorms, and we do not increase labor or parts charges during these times.

YEAR-ROUND MAINTENANCE

Our service department is open all year. Many people bring equipment in for maintenance during the off-season so it's ready to go once the weather improves. Call us to check the status of the service department and find a good time to bring in your equipment.
