Our Certified Service department has the expertise to perform a wide range of services on lawn equipment, snow equipment, engines, and everything in between. Our Skilled Technicians take part in continued hands on technical training to ensure we continue to lead, and be up to date with the latest equipment and technology for all of our brands. From routine scheduled maintenance to critical repairs, we're here to help take the stress out of all your service needs.
| QUICK TURNAROUND
Reducing your downtime is our number one goal. We understand how important it is to have your equipment in working order.
For in-Season Equipment, during the Summer months, equipment service turn-around (for equipment purchased at NRPE) is typically 1 to 2 days work days, Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm. We do our best to complete smaller repairs same day.
Snow Equipment is usually same day, or while you wait during storms. These times are dependent on a number of factors, and they may vary.
We also offer pickup & delivery service. If you have a mower that needs maintenance or are looking to purchase a new piece of equipment - we can help you get it from point A to point B. Give us a call for more info.
| WE WEATHER THE STORM
Our Service and Parts Departments are open during significant snow storms.
Most storms don’t arrive during the week or during the day. We are here to help minimize your down time, keep you up and running to service your customers and we do not increase the labor or parts charges.
| SEASON SERVICE
January through the middle of March is an ideal time to bring your equipment in for annual maintenance and repairs. Take advantage of the savings and the season service specials, which include a 30+ point inspection & maintenance. When the equipment is out of season, service turn-around is usually a week.
